I know a lot of successful black men from my fathers generation - doctors, lawyers, engineers, business owners etc - and the one constant between all of them is that they don't waste time complaining.
Through 24 years of life I can only recall one experience where any of them complained. And these days, that's a philosophy that I'm adding on to my own life.
