Do I want him as my next door neighbor no. I wonder if the people he robbed feel bad about this sentence.

You would think that knowing you're going to get 25 years for your next felony would help you make some better decisions but here he is about to do 70. Maybe they'll give him 25 with good behavior

Did anybody else read the article? He got arrested for dv, damaged the patrol vehicle, and then spat on officers repeatedly, and he has very many priors. This wasn't just for one time spitting

In Texas once you enter a detention center and act a fool the penalties are swift and harsh.

Every person he spat on was 10 years.

The ONLY excuse that I could understand is if he’s mentally handicapped. If he’s competent and doesn’t suffer from mental illness, that’s on his dumb ass.

Now, if they would’ve beat him to a pulp for repeatedly spitting phlegm on them, these same people would be crying. Instead, they just served him with plenty of time to think about his actions.

You are the dumbest person I've interacted with today, and I've been in an airport and on a plane. That says a lot.

His prior charges were all felonies, but you can't read, so check on that one, I guess. Smarter people have listed why the sentencing was handed down; you don't even deserve to read my posts, so look at those.
