Did anybody else read the article? He got arrested for dv, damaged the patrol vehicle, and then spat on officers repeatedly, and he has very many priors. This wasn't just for one time spitting

As the article also points out, he not only spat on the arresting officers, but once he got to jail too, and anything you do in jail is enhanced sentencing. Dude compounded his own L'sAs the article points out even though he had prior charges the minimum was 25yrs. 70 years is egregious especially when taking the prosecutors words in context:
"prosecutor Jessica Gorman asked jurors to consider a sentence that would "send a message" to not only Pearson, but also society."
Just from the bits I've read in this thread, this dude doesn't belong in society. As the article also points out, he not only spat on the arresting officers, but once he got to jail too, and anything you do in jail is enhanced sentencing. Dude compounded his own L's
I think 70 years is overboard, but I'm not gonna pretend to be outraged about it for this piece of shyt. I will focus my energies elsewhere.Just from the bits I've read in this thread, this dude doesn't belong in society.
Only matter of time till his outta control ass killed somebody![]()
Now that it's all broken down in this thread yeah...this dude was adding Ls onto Ls onto Ls.As the article also points out, he not only spat on the arresting officers, but once he got to jail too, and anything you do in jail is enhanced sentencing. Dude compounded his own L's
I'm not even gonna read that story but I can already tell there were probably 5 or 6 other serious charges against him. I'm also 90% sure that the spitting was probably the least heinous thing he did.
