so that's it? no one is going to be accountable for this young man's death? how about the guy that call 911 and filed a false police report?

I think this is a good opportunity to take matters into your own hands...but what do I know...
bout to call the cops on zimmerman and see if they come guns blazing.
i know that dude has a gun on him right now.

Police misconduct is not imaginary. It’s terrifyingly real, and nearly indefensible and often lethal for anyone experiencing it. Innocent and unarmed, all-state Pasadena, California, athlete Kendrec McDade, was shot and killed by police who said that when they were just a few feet away from him that they heard him shoot at them multiple times and even saw the bright flashes from the muzzle of his gun. McDade, a freshman in college, had never touched a gun in his life and was only found with his wallet and cell phone.
John Crawford III, an upstanding citizen and father of two in Ohio, was recently killed by police officers in a Beavercreek Walmart after a fellow shopper, Ronald Ritchie, falsely claimed on 911 that he saw Crawford loading his weapon and pointing at children. Neither happened. Crawford, talking on the phone with the mother of his children, was standing peacefully in an aisle when police—who, it should be noted, were not in traditional uniforms but in shorts and polo shirts—shot and killed him within 1.6 seconds of making contact with him. In their initial report, the police claimed several facts that they've since backed off of. Before anyone saw the video, the officers claimed Crawford lunged at them in a "violent manner." Ten days later, the police, having seen the video, dropped the idea that Crawford did any such thing. Before anyone saw the video, both officers claimed that they told Crawford multiple times to put down his weapon but he refused to do so. One officer now admits he didn't say anything at all and both officers now admit they didn't even identify themselves at all before shooting him.

So not only did they go on record and straight up lie to the public not once, but twice and they still don't get in any kind of trouble. :snoop:

Plus the fat fukk who called it in and lied about the whole thing, then the 911 dispatcher putting their spin on it and nobody gets charged and the family just has to take it knowing nobody will get charged for his death.

This country will give rights to unborn babies and provide them lawyers, but the rights of an entire race gets thrown in the bushes, this country is full of shyt.

I'm pretty sure they learn to shoot a nikka with a police weapon INSTANTLY.

I saw a segment on the news where they showed simulated police/suspect encounters that are really realistic and they hooked the police officers up to electrodes to monitor their biological responses when shooting at suspects. The results showed that no matter the race of the police officer, their biological responses (heart rate, blood pressure, adrenaline, etc) were at a more heightened state when dealing with Black men than any other race.

So isn't' there some type of protocol for police to wait for back up in this type of situations? so these two cops thought that they can take on a supposedly armed man with bystanders throughout the store and what if this alleged armed man has taken one of the imaginary children that he was pointing his weapon hostages?

Are people in Ohio this dumb? what kind of backward ass thinking would have you not indict this fukkkers of anything?

I hope the young man's family is planning their revenge...

A group of young people affiliated with the Ohio Students Association and the economic and racial justice network Freedom Side are now occupying the police station in Beavercreek, Ohio, demanding that police chief Dennis Evers meet with them in the wake of the killing of John Crawford III by Beavercreek police officer Sean Williams. A grand jury failed to indict Williams for the shooting on September 24, and the students, who have been organizing around Crawford’s death since August, have moved to escalate.

After the news came down that Williams would not be indicted, organizer Malaya Davis tells Salon, the group sat down to consider next steps and came up with three demands. They want Williams removed from the force, they want to overhaul the police training materials that they blame for Williams and Sgt. David Darkow’s aggressive response to Crawford, and, Davis says, “we want to really start a conversation around how we fundamentally shift the power dynamics and relationship between law enforcement and community. Law enforcement ranging from police officers to sheriff to county prosecutor.”

“An occupation is the way that we’re going to try to force these demands to at least be heard and be taken into consideration,” Davis continues.

The organizers held a rally on Friday and spent the weekend meeting in the community, and returned at 8 AM this morning. About ten of them plan on remaining at the station until the chief meets with them—they are demanding a meeting by Wednesday.

Organizer Darsheel Kaur, who grew up in Beavercreek, says that the group has worked hard to make sure their actions make sense in the moment and have a direct purpose. She does note, though, that sometimes it takes outside attention and pressure to make officials act. “As a community organizer it’s hard for me, I want to do something with community support but at the same time I think we have to broaden the sense of community in this point,” she says.

At the same time, she is impressed with the amount of support they have gotten. “We’ve been calling ourselves the Concerned Citizens because there’s people from all around, different ages, cultures, backgrounds, races. A lot of people have been supporting us. I think people are ready to start working together in a new way. I think it’s a very hopeful situation in terms of community transformation.”

Adds Davis, “People were looking to our leadership to really make sure that justice is being served–and what the community deems is justice, not what the justice system has deemed as justice.”

This is fukking great! Apparently they are meeting with the chief at 1pm today which is in a few minutes, they are going to ask why isn't Ronald ritchie charged. What's going to happen to Williams the officer who killed john Crawford and some other important issues. I'm really excited about this I wish this really takes off and more people get involved with this. Can we not let this die out please.
