(I am generalizing) The work ethic of Black, White, and 3rd generation Asian Americans ages 18-45 is questionable and the entitlement and laziness cannot be expressed into words. Even the crackheads in that demographic demand you to hand over $20 without any exchange of services and information and will berate you if you don't concede to their demands (I have had that happen a couple of times; the old black crackheads however had viable skills, doctored my broken headlight so I wouldn't get harassed by the police on the way to the repair shop, and hooked me up with weed man as I recently relocated to the area. I mentioned how my friend had a crackhead handyman fix his crib up to code). I am that demographic and my past managers were shocked at my age (the dreaded young American demographic) because of how I carry myself. I also tend to work better with immigrants, Asians, African and Caribbean born blacks (sans South Florida and the Bronx), East Europeans and Latinos than Black and White Americans. Young White women can be the most cut throat they plan to make management by age 26-28 and will stop at nothing to get it, immoral or not. Companies hire college grads for entry level jobs is because they have debt and are basically in legal peonage so there is some type of obligation to work. Also most young Americans pop off at the mouth and keep shyt started in the office. There is a way to contest things professionally.

Immigrants and 1st generation Americans tend to work harder, understand money and are competitive from my observation. They try instill those values in their children(who are generally entitled or complacent fukkups by gen 3). Breh was hard working man thought and seem sincere, can tell from his age. Reminds me of my gramps demographic back when men knew how to change tires and build a house from foundation to roof without a blueprint. Resourceful as fukk. Those men worked through arthritis, prostrate problems, and potential heart attacks. People born in the late 60s up will use a sick day in a minute if the car doesn't crank or if they have a hangover rather than find alternative means of transportation. And their goal is to get rich through some sort of social media endeavor rather than create a product or a service or implement a system that improves quality of life and benefits society.

Florida Projected to Have Budget Surplus Next Year

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) -- Florida is expected to have another budget surplus in the coming year, but it doesn't appear there is enough money for Gov. Rick Scott to cut taxes as deeply as he promised on the campaign trail.

The annual forecast released Tuesday shows the state is expected to bring in enough money in 2015 to meet its spending needs for schools and health care.

But that forecast shows the state's budget surplus will be about $635 million during the fiscal year that starts in July 2016. Most of that money, however, is a one-time windfall, so it would be hard to use it for any ongoing tax cuts.

Senate President Andy Gardiner said in a statement that he wants to use the surplus to boost school funding and cut taxes by $250 million.
