Please explain to me how black men don't 'value black women' when the majority of black women are married to black men

explain how we aren't taking blame when we call out the male losers of the community, and yet women still willingly procreate with those losers.

im sick of these we marry yall talking points, cause yall barely do it.

i didnt say men let them off the hook, just acknowledge they out number the real men.
and men have to start reaching out and mentoring them.:yeshrug:

About 10.6 percent of adult African-American women age 20 or older are unemployed, unchanged from a year ago, according to Friday’s jobs report from the Labor Department.

The unemployment for adult African-American men declined to 10.8 percent from 13.4 percent a year ago.

While black men suffered more job losses than black women during the recession,

http://www.ibtimes.com/american-black-women-face-grim-unemployment-statistics-1680172

Have you gone back to edit your post where you lied about Black men's unemployment being 18% yet?

That is 11% compared to 13%, with the 11% having a statistically significant amount of degrees over the 13%.

this will go ignored by @PartyHeart :ehh:

Nope, I'm not like you.

From 2013-2014

and before that it was 17 % while BW were around 13%

So tell me how BW and BM have had "similar unemployment rates?"

Plus that EBT and Section 8 come in with that 5k refund check :ohlawd:

Be socialized (by your moms) to prefer hyper masculinity over well adjusted

Have sex out of wedlock in your early 20s with no contraception

Repeat while on government assistance

bu bu but where are the fathers?

:mjlol:
so 20 somethings are having sex by themselves?

link me to the discrepancy.

i've already addressed all your points, none of them (including your current pt) points towards black patriarchy. like i've already stated, most black men with real money are not in the black community to begin with.

No you didn't. Not even one. Here they are again.

Black men earn more than Black women, despite having less education.

Black men have more wealth than Black women
Black men are in more positions of power in corporations
Black men are in more positions of power in politics than Black women,
Black men are the most notable current community leaders,
Black men are held as the most notable historical leaders,
Black men don't have limits placed on them, including on their intellectual capacity, based on their gender.

The first one is the only one you addressed, and you made up some inaccurate bull about Black men being contractors and electricians in great numbers when that isn't close to being true. Then when I pointed out how physical labor jobs which are male oriented get paid more and thats yet another example of male privilege anyway, you started trying to shame and talking about how you built this country and A/C and blah blah blah

Oh okay, we are going to ignore the male-female sex dynamic

Funny how its "your body" when it comes to having a baby but making a nikka wear a condom isn't? :dahell:

Black men are held as the most notable historical leaders,

outliers who don't even make up 1 % of the population

lets stick to averages and medians

so once again youre absolving MEN.

they should be wearing them to protect themselves from unwanted fatherhood and stds but thats too much like right.

From 1998 to 2008 Black men's unemployment was 12.2 percent compared to Black women's 11.3 percent.

http://www.dol.gov/wb/factsheets/Qf-ESWM08.htm

Since we're all fans of averages and medians here. That's a decade worth of unemployment statistics for BM and BW and not during an economic crisis (which I think would be classified as an outlier) Also...

Black women lost over twice as many jobs as black men gained during the first two years of the recovery.
  • Between June 2009 and June 2011, black women lost 258,000 jobs while black men gained 127,000 jobs.
Black women have lost more jobs than black men since the beginning of the recession.
  • During the recession – from December 2007 to June 2009 – black men suffered the majority of job losses among black workers. However, because black women continued to lose jobs after the recession officially ended, while black men regained jobs, black women lost more jobs (491,000) than black men (477,000) between December 2007 and June 2011.
Black women lost jobs disproportionately compared to women overall during the recovery.
  • Black women represented 1 in 8 (12.5 percent) of all women workers in June 2009. But between June 2009 and June 2011, black women accounted for more than 4 in every 10 jobs (42.2 percent) lost by women overall.
Black women lost more jobs during the recovery than they did during the recession.
  • Black women lost more jobs during the recovery (258,000) than they did during the recession (233,000); women overall lost slightly more than half as many jobs during the recovery (612,000) as they did during the recession (1,199,000).
Black women’s unemployment rate rose more than other groups’ in the recovery.
  • Black women’s unemployment rate rose 2.1 percentage points between June 2009 and June 2011, compared to an increase of 0.7 percentage points among black men. Unemployment also rose during the recovery by 0.3 percentage points among women overall and among white women by 0.2 percentage points. Some groups experienced a decrease in unemployment during the recovery, including men overall by 0.8 percentage points, and among white men, Hispanic men, Asian men, Hispanic women, and Asian women.

No you didn't. Not even one. Here they are again.

Black men earn more than Black women, despite having less education? i've already explained there's plenty of great paying jobs that dont require degrees.

Black men have more wealth than Black women across the board, single men have more wealth than single women. which if i had to guess, is because single mothers are included
Black men are in more positions of power in corporations citation needed
Black men are in more positions of power in politics than Black women, probably because more men strive for political power than women. what barriers are BM (or men in general) putting up to stop BW from entering the political arena? there's more BW than BM, definitely more eligible to vote; so what's stopping BW from going into politics instead of nursing?
Black men are the most notable current community leaders, what leaders? lets be honest here, there are no real black community leaders left.
Black men are held as the most notable historical leaders, is this black patriarchy?
Black men don't have limits placed on them, including on their intellectual capacity, based on their gender. prove it, and how are black men putting limits on black women

you forgot the black church :skip:
