Several women say they have experienced heavier and more painful periods since getting the COVID-19 vaccine, with several also revealing that they have had breakthrough bleeding in the middle of a cycle after getting the shot.

Dr. Kate Clancy, an associate professor at the University of Illinois, tweeted in February that she'd been hearing talk of people who had experienced changes in their menstruation since getting one or two vaccine shots.

Her Twitter thread has prompted more women to share their menstrual concerns on Twitter, revealing their heavy flow, worsened cramps, and irregular timing — with one saying she spent 16 days bleeding after getting the Johnson & Johnson shot.

The most common changes include heavier periods and those that start in the middle of a cycle.

'I got J&J on March 15, then started my period about 2 days later — over a week early. It was heavier than normal,' wrote one.

'Two weeks exactly after shot number 2, my cycle started 12 days earlier and heavier than it’s been for the last three years,' said another.

'I am 3 weeks out from my first Moderna shot and started my period in the middle of a BC pack. That's never happened to me in 12 years of taking the pill. I never even spot between periods,' wrote one more.

'My period following 1st Moderna dose came a week early and was the most painful I've ever had,' tweeted yet another. 'After second dose it came almost two weeks late and my cycle has been regular for years so I knew it was the vaccine but felt scared to say so.'

'I thought I was going CRAZY,' another answered. 'I got the J&J shot three days before my period started and it's now been.... 16 days of bleeding (normal period for 5 days then light but consistent bleeding for the rest).'

In February, officials looked at nearly 7,000 reactions reported to the agency's Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS).

They found that nearly 80 percent of the reactions were reported by women, making them four times more likely to report a side effect than men.

This held true whether they were receiving the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine or the Moderna vaccine, and is despite the fact that women are less likely to fall severely ill from COVID-19 than men are.

Are you referring to a vaccine that isn't even approved in America? Name the nation that has banned the Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson vaccine and claimed they are causing problems.

Why do you expect people to trust you when you have to lie to them?

I don't see any evidence that she killed herself so I don't think people should speculate like that. But it's worth pointing out that suicide is usually a spontaneous act, not something planned 5+ weeks in advance.

The fact that the vaccine was a full 5 weeks before her death, with no symptoms connecting the two events at all, is what makes it quite a stretch to attribute her death to the vaccine. What mechanism would even lead the vaccine to cause her death 5 weeks later without major symptoms in-between?

You're saying that if someone is sick from an actual disease and dies we're blaming the disease, but if two unrelated events happen 5 weeks apart with no evidence or symptoms connecting the two events, we're not blaming an unrelated event 5 weeks earlier for the death?

I'm not claiming to be an expert i wouldn't say that I'm lying and trying to convince people of anything...I was under the impression that the vaccine is a RNA/ DNA vaccine that alters the DNA or RNA to fight off the covid...I'm almost sure I watched a bill gates presentation where he explained this but I could be wrong....all I know is we are all in the dark about this vaccine and I'm just sitting back and observing for now

It’s literally a protein that tricks your immune system into thinking you have Covid. Your body builds up defenses, you may get sick during the process for a day or two (fever/headache symptoms). Once your body “gets” it you’re good to go. It’s not like the flu shot where a dead virus is introduced. It’s just a protein.

I had zero symptoms outside of my shoulder/arm being sorer than it’s ever been for a couple days.
