Your costum title says "Strive for rulership..." Then you mockingly use the term "militant." You're not ruling anything without a military, and you're not building any real military with soldiers afraid of imprisonment. So its clear, you're the one just talking sh-t.
You can still own the shop and employ workers.

I've witnessed a few people say something like "I bet that Lil Asian boy can cook some rice and chicken!" "And talk about Asians doing nails. Well when you go to those places who's working in them? And who's likely to eventually own their own shop?
It sucks to be the butt of the joke but I reckon they laugh at the end of the day, owning their own business. Being married, helping the brother of his wife open his own business, them helping their son open his own business, etc.
