I had this happen to me once at Wal-mart. What people don't know tho is they can't take you in for theft unless you walk out the door. Since I had some manager following me and my 2 friends around we grabbed stuff we was gonna buy anyway, and just stuck it in our backpack and purses. By the time we walked towards the front we had 5 people following us and police at both entrances.

We went to the register, pulled everything out to have it ring up, paid, and left. Looked back at those cacs with the :mjpls: :umad:.

:duck:

yeah, right. they would have confronted you before you even made it to the register.

Funny thing about that, when I was in high school, all the white girls in my school basically made a living out of shoplifting from the mall and grocery stores cause they could get away with it no questions asked.

I knew a ton of white girls that would steal from American Eagle and never got caught. As soon as I walked in there, they would be on me like white on rice :smh:

if i was the kid, i would have turned around with the camera pointed at the dude and ask him why are you following me. then i would have followed him around asking questions. THEN i would have sent the video to the news stations. make me feel uncomfortable, then i make you feel REALLY uncomfortable. :birdman:

on second thought, that's some grown up shyt. i can't see a 15 year old kid doing what i just said. at 15, i probably would have just recorded it and showed it to my dad and went back up to the store with pops and pointed dude out....:lupe::manny:

They didn't know if I had the intention to pay or not which is why they can't confront you while walking around the store. I used to work loss prevention and in order to build a strong case for prosecution the person doing the crime must make an attempt to leave the store with unpaid items.
