I'm legit confused now. Ryan shoots the shop up and dips. Van and them have wild trouble renewing the lease because of Ryan shooting the shop up. According to Van management specifically said they didn't want to renew the lease cause of Ryan. Now all of a sudden management is calling Ryan directly to sell him the lease??
And that aside, if I'm Ryan lily gotta kick rocks. She's cancer everywhere she goes. I left cause of the drama. No reason for me to bring in even more drama.

Supposedly management realized over the course of Van and them being the tenants that the fukkery quotient rose with all the fighting, loud parties and trashy disturbances in the parking lot plus they weren't paying their bills like they were supposed to.
So by comparison Ryan looked like the dream tenant.
Ryan came back and snatched the shop back from those bums. They didn't do shyt but fight with each other, party/drink and ran off all of the tattoo artist and never paid their rent. Lilly is a twist and a toxic piece of shyt. Whatever they gonna call it 9 Mag or Loyal Ink its gonna be a disaster. Having that many women under one roof trying to work with one another always ends in disaster. Ryan gonna have the same issues just with a different crew.
