The things that pissed me off about buying a house was that my fam wanted to drop some money to me to help out but I was warned straight up not to take the money.

That and the mountains of paperwork and proof of stable employment. I was sitting here telling this loan officer that I have a damn government job and been working there for damn near 10 years. How much more secure can you get?:what::dahell:

At the end of the day I got my house here in DC but goddamn it was hell.

Yep, but anyone who mentions this on here, or lack of business ownership, is automatically a "c00n" for stating facts. Because delusional nikkas want everyone else to be just as delusional as them

It's like a coping mechanism. Dudes tell themselves that stuff is "equal" now

Yeah you can eat at Mr. Bob's restaurant, work in his business, buy a car from his lot, etc but you still don't own companies or land so where is the "equality"??

Being able to be a consumer isn't the same as being the owner
