It is, and it's no way around it. For me, in order to get from where I live to the trail on my route, I have to jog 2 miles through a ritzy neighborhood near my campus
. Add that to the fact that I run really, really early in the morning and when the weather changes (like now) I usually wear a skull cap and a hoodie One cop had the nerve to ask me for my ID when he stopped me
. Who the fukk carries ID when they workout?!? 
When I'm running and I'm approaching someone on the trail, I usually have to put them at ease by giving a slight nonchalant wave before we get too close because they always tend to look nervous

I jus got pulled like 30 min ago...crack as pulled on side of me n started looking n my car..erbody in my car looked at them like

I am in Philly often and I stay strapped and my peeps strapped. We all got conceal carry and I fear I will get stopped and "misunderstood" one day by cops like these

While I understand the sentiment...I actually disagree. Technology hasn't changed anything, whites are more vicious than they have been since Jim Crow and it doesn't seem like they are going to let off anytime soon. Cops don't even give a fukk. They'll beat a pregnant black lady down on camera...than their superiors will give them time off with pay. It's fukking ridiculous.
