New laptops can be had for $1000 or less, a decent sized rental space(that holds 50 or so people) can be probably be attained for $5000/month. If you get five laptops; decent internet; utility bills, 1-2 tutors, and rent could all be had $10 - $18k for the first month(purchasing laptops; internet, etc) then $13 k for subsequent months. $18,000 split up among 400 people is $45 per person, that's a half tank of gas right there.
Keep in mind, this is without sponsors(big companies), so the cost could be most cheaper. Not too mention, you may get grants to pull this off. You can actually seek to do what you're complaining about, or sit here and bytch about how "Black Girls Code" is some bull.

You're assuming these women won't decide to date outside their race when they start making bank. It can go either way.
I'm assuming that nearly 100% of black women are more attracted to black men and at least try black men first. ..
