Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
I fukks with DC police. they don't bother you for nothing cause they got real shyt to worry about. You really gotta be wylin out for them to mess with you. I remember one night I was at a red light in the middle of N.E.. breh pulled up on my driver side, motioned for me roll the window down. He was like "ay bruh, ya tail light busted, get that joint fixed." soon as light turned green he peeled off like

.

while police in Northern VA harass you for any little thing since they don't see no action over there. one breh pulled me over goin thru all my papers just to finally tell me my license plate light bulb was out :hhh:

depends on your budget and what kind of lifestyle you want really. if you wanna be right in the middle of everything to where you don't even need a car and close to the nightlife, get a spot in the city (e.g. U street, H street, Navy Yard, etc.). if you want a little more bang for your buck while still being close to the action then hit the border suburbs like Alexandria, Hyattsville, DT Silver Spring.

Yea I’ve heard about how crazy VA police are.

I don't know what U Street, H Street or Navy Yard is. I'll look em up though.

As someone who lived in some of these places. Blacks stability is less than zero here. A lot are just a furlough away from being in deep shyt.

Some of these are just Bowie as well
Yeah nikkas in here saluting but if this is where the top black neighborhoods are then black ppl really ain’t doing well unfortunately. My pops lives in Lake Arbor and I have two uncles who live in Woodmore. They’re doing good for themselves but none of them have a net worth over a million dollars or even close to it.

Everywhere...You never there.
I get the concept of lower ticket prices for property , but you’d still think ATL and/or the greater ATL area would have at least one neighborhood on that list ...

The neighborhood where T.I. and Lo stayed ain’t majority black ?

There’s something about the concentration of black wealth in neighborhoods that goes a looooong way politically ... :salute: Maryland ...

ATL and the greater ATL area needs that ASAP if it’s not there .

 Maryland gunned up everything and clapped quick.

We THE GOAT state for Black Excellence breh and PG County (my County :blessed:) is the main one leading the pack outchea :myman: But S/O to Mo County, Charles County, Baltimore County, and AA County for their contributions to making this State a dope ass place for Black folks. Hell, ya know what, S/O to Bmore too. Hate it or love it, Bmore has a long history and legacy of Black Excellence and a shyt ton of historically Black neighborhoods as well as being home to the largest number of Black-owned businesses in the country. S/O to all my fellow Meezys :salute:
