She offered $10K per month in spousal support. He countered that he wants $16K. They still live together and he refuses to leave even though she pays the entire mortgage and it's gotten so toxic that she changed the WIFI and TV passwords. Under Cali law she'll have to pay him spousal support for 2 years (it lasts for half the marriage for marriages under 10 years). What a mess!
On the flip side, she claims she makes $60K per month and her income skyrocketed after going into entertainment following her appearance on the Bachelor. That's why she claims she didn't push for a prenup. So she has benefitted from all this.
