As a blacc person in America, why would you actively support the party that very rarely has any one who loocs like you in high positions ?

Yes the democrat party isn’t perfect but they put on so many of us that we can easily change it, and I believe we have.

Why not just get into a position of political power, which the democrats let us do, and use that position to change what he feel is needed to help our people.

It's essentially the same thought process that conservative white women have. They know the party doesn't serve them, never has and historically never planned for them have rights. ultimately their desires are secondary if not nevuary to what white men want, so they have to do mental gymnastics that only make sense to them when it comes to their place in the party.

most of them just end up copping to whatever white men's wishes are behind closed doors hoping it gets them a little closer to peace and acceptance aka those sweet & warm cheddar bay butter biscuits.

Even with black democrats in political positions, our cities/ ppl in those cities still aren’t really thriving —Detroit, Chicago, Baltimore. “one-third of the top 100 U.S. cities are now governed by African American mayors” but our test scores, wealth, health hasn’t improved as stated by reports and Dr. Claude Anderson. Yes, there are a few people doing well but the overall majority aren’t… little progress is being made… something isn’t working.

I’ll try to find the clip of a brotha talkin bout how our broken families are some of our biggest issues especially for wealth.
