This has been done since the 70s. Oprah's show was full of this. Think pieces and government official documents made on the subject. We have discussed the problems caused by Black men not stepping up for as long as I can remember, and I am 52 years old. The pendulum is now swinging in the other direction, and the spotlight is now on the Black women.

Should we not discuss the problems Black women have caused too, or are our sisters suppose to be immune from criticism?
