Yeah, I'm not sure how it would work. It's not like he's been there 15 years either. New coaches every year or two is not gonna fly with ownership.

It's a weird situation because the roster is good, even without Z, but the coaching has been a mess. Willie is not the guy.

I think the Pels have very talented players on the roster, however Willie prefers to give minutes to some of the least innately talented players on our team and possibly in the league so I'd put the Pels' rotation near the bottom of that list
