Green is a trash coach. Great motivator, connects on a personal level with our players better than any coach this franchise has ever had besides Monty, which (usually) results in a lot of hard fought effort from those players that we historically haven't enjoyed much being in a "small" market. But as far as putting those players in the correct positions to succeed on a nightly basis, and being self aware as to which players are deserving of those opportunities in the first place... he might legitimately be the worst in the whole league. Even the "old guard hardliners" like Casey and Thibs don't stick with garbage ass "veteran" favorites as shamelessly and stupidly as he does, last year with Temple, and now this year with Graham. Don't even get me started on the "plays" he draws up, like whatever the fukk that was at the end for 0-8 from 3 CJ tonight. :unimpressed:

When I look at this entire franchise top to bottom... only thing that matters, and that should be untouchable is Zion. When he was running the show, even through all the injuries, coaching staff stupidity, etc. we were #1 in the West and a top 3 team in the league. Without him we don't even look like a play-in team. Do whatever it takes to make his life as easy as possible on and off the court. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING else about this team can and should go if it contributes towards that goal. Don't give a shyt who Willie thinks fits better with his dumbass lineup decisions or who BI wants to smoke weed and play 40 games with next season. This team's direction needs to be Zion's solely, and every decision going forward needs to be made with maximizing him in mind above anything else.

Like I said, EVERYONE else can go at this point :yeshrug: Get some healthy, CONSISTENT players who bring it EVERY night, don't need to be all-stars, and let the actual franchise cornerstone do his thing.

Problem is Zion has shown us nothing so far to prove we can be comfortable in knowing he can ever lead us to anything. Dude gets hurt too much.

For the people in back still denying it :wow::ufdup: Don't give a fukk about "tough, scrappy" moral victories in fake comebacks on a 10 game losing streak. I care about WINS and when Zion was running the show this team was winning more than anyone in the conference. Now they're LOSING more than any team in the league over this stretch. If there's a player Zion wants to play with that's available this deadline GO GET HIM. Don't care what it costs or who on the roster/coaching staff it might upset. :camby:
