I think Hayes time is pretty much done, he didn’t get extended and has not shown any improvement. He needs a good playmaker to hand feed him every play like Ingram did last season. Only time he’s looked capable. Pelicans have another issue with Willy who is crying about not getting any mins. The most important move is getting a defensive 5 as a backup. Nance can’t do it vs every matchup, he got destroyed on the boards yesterday.

We dont have a steady ball handler amd we're a couple injuries away from having not enough size because Jaxson is too raw to be reliable, Willy be glued to the bench and Jonas isnt versatile enough of a defender
Added to all that; we keep guys out too long for injuries. Herb prolly should've played.
