It's not unnecessary if you actually understand why they create these spaces in the first place. I don't know if you know this, but the gaming community is a pretty unwelcoming place for Black people. It's even worse for Esports. We often have to do our own thing due to the hostile nature of gamers and all the racist "trolling." It's weird to me how you have no concern for what Black people have to go through just to enjoy their hobby.

Yeah, I'm definitely not a gamer or know a lot about that community. But is this a danger in this instance if it is an overwhelming amount of Black folks and she is just one person? Don't give bigots fukkin' super powers.
