Blue Smoke my favorite loop so far this year
So much tape hiss, FBI agents narrow they eyes
Frustrated, asking to be reassigned
"Been on this n-word for months, I think it's all just rhymes."
I'm still peaking, and if it's just us speaking, these n-words is on the decline

Really like the album. Production is very diverse, def sounds different from Hidden Places.

Nobody can convince me that billy and Boldy James aren't the best out right now.

woods’ mind state creating Maps (52:12).

How Maps differs from Hiding Places (57:53).

Working with Kenny Segal (1:00:18).

Breakdown of the ending to Maps, and how fatherhood has impacted woods’ music (1:18:12).

Which ones you speakin of, breh? The entire Backwoodz movement is hilariously fraudulent and contrived to me. Dripping with CAC juice (hard pause).
there's some CACery on backwoodz, but i dont mind willie green, elucid and akai solo.

i was making a general statement of current rappers that get gassed on here that are trash.

i need to sit with this album tho, i wish Billy got more press.

More press? He’s a critical darling!

i know he gets the npr white folks computers putin. but i mean "regular" people dont know wtf a billy woods is. this is probably just me projecting wanting more, for a lack of a better term, "intellectual" hip hop on lay peoples radars.
