If we somehow had a society that could function off 3 day work weeks and food making jobs were done by robots, that absolutely would lead to people getting left out in the cold since there wouldn't be enough roles to go around. The amount of humans involved in food production alone would mean millions of people would have to get new jobs since the machines could just do it instead.
