Mulattoes typically get the best genes from either parent so this was not a miss on LaVar's part. His mistake was he married a not so attractive white women. He should have gone for the more attractive white Volleyball chicks. And even now there are significantly more black children born to two black parents than mixed kids being born to one black parent and one white parent. And yet despite the numerical deficit, everywhere I look I see biracial brothers dominating.

Before the 60s it was illegal in most of the country to procreate with someone of another race. After that there was still a huge social stigma that dissuaded many. Which still lasts today. We are currently living in what is probably the most accepting time in US history for sexual relationships between black men and white women. And naturally you should expect to see the number of mulatto kids dominating sports to continue to increase as the number of interracial couples continues to increase.
