If Big K.R.I.T. couldn't clear the samples then why is Krit Wuz Here and Return of 4eva on sale nationally.

Somebody answer that....
Theyre not being sold on a major, and to be honest, Im not even sure if KRIT is getting any money from those releases because he put them out for free. They may just be pressed up bootlegs for all I know. Either way, theyre not on anyones radar, unlike a Def Jam release thats gonna be available in most retail spots

Nah he had them remastered by Nature Sounds and I saw them on shelves in my local FYE.

I doubt dude is letting somebody take 100% profit for what he created.

Mad places...n1ggas don't go in stores no more because we download everything

Amazon.com: Return of 4eva: Big Krit: Music

Hell they even pressed up Vinyl of both releases...

Props for that, I might cop from there. Krit must don't make nothing from these sales though. He encourages fans to download these releases instead of purchasing them. I've never heard him say, "look for it on Amazon" or anything like that.

He's always sold autograph copies of his mixtapes. Besides the last one which he was about to sell then didn't. Just like Danny Brown's last album XXX...free release but if you want to support him you can go over to foolgolds and buy a copy.

Yeah but that shyt is a well played game. Like selling artwork for mixtapes and also including the mixtape CD for free on DJ websites.

On listening to it for a little longer, the album is cool. The back end of the album really picks up. Just not used to hearing bad tracks from Krit and Yeah Dats Me threw me off. Plus it doesnt flow together as well as the tapes. But the songs on the back are hella cool.

I fukks with I Got This, Don't Let Me Down, If I Fall, Rich Dad Poor Dad, Praying Man, and my current fav PULL UP.
