It's been easily proven it wasn't Pac's jewelry Big was wearing. Those same pieces in question were being worn by many rappers & others in NY at that time lol. It was even posted here

All the years this has been discussed, no one has ever said this. Pac was shot & bleeding all across the place at the Quad. How were nikkas supposed to react in that situation seeing him? Say what you're saying true, why the hell would Big try to see him at the hospital & bring his gun back to him. What you're saying makes no sense

Keefe D says he was with Zip and Faith called and asked "Was that us?" in regards to Pac being shot. Now maybe Faith was a BBW mastermind,but it seems plausible that "us" was her and her husband. Or at least that if she knew ,her husband knew too.


The Chuck Phillips interview is most likely Keefe D saying what happened. Whoever the source is says Biggie put them up to killing Pac. The problem comes in when the source says Biggie gave them his gun in Vegas to use. Because we know Biggie wasn't actually in Vegas to give the killers his gun. But who was in Vegas and who gave Keefe a gun? Zip did.


So seems to me the source was protecting Zips name because he was still living and doing business with him,or possibly feared him. But the entire story shouldn't be invalidated imo. Based on Chuck Phillips reputation alone.
