What sucks is we had our pick of Tim McVeigh or Kyle Shannahan and we went Jay Gruden
Ron was much needed here but overall he's just being a manager of old outdated coaching staff
Our Offensive coordinator is too inconsistent and doesn't have a good feel for LIVE ACTION
They don't do adjustments well on either side of the ball.

But if Ron could have two young "good" coordinators under him I think he'd be a better headcoach
He's the figure head of the Scott Turner/Jack Del rio attack and those two names don't ring bells in 2022
That's the issue, not the roster...
