Nimmo/Jett/Gilbert should make a great Mets outfield, and we should get that before the end of the season. If all goes well, maybe June/July.

His first wife died. He still posts about her, I believe on the anniversary of her passing. There was an article about it somewhere, it talked about him going through the grieving process. Very sad story. Glad he's been able to move forward and find happiness.

I don't know if any of ya caught the Spring Breakout game but McLean, Ziegler and Sproat looked real good. Sproat looks like he can zoom up to AA by the middle of the season and put himself in the 2025 picture. Stuff looked nasty. Marco Vargas took some professional at bats in the game too. Looked like a real dude worth keeping.
On the MLB tip, I wonder if Stearns is really gonna be tempted to sign J.D. and have Baty and Vientos compete for 3rd. Problem is J.D. is only a DH and Vientos is too. Really hoping both Vientos and Baty hit the ground running a little bit once the season starts cuz it hasn't looked that good. Really wish Baty showed more. I still low-key want Montgomery but I don't see them doing it at this point. I'm actually pretty excited about the bullpen strangely enough though.

Jarred Kelenic still having trouble at the MLB level. Maybe Brodie knew what he was doing, we still winning the trade and the Braves attempt to troll the Mets is backfiring. I hope he gets it together once the Braves discard him. lol
