The Mexicans flooding these areas are even poorer and more uneducated yet the violence decreased as the Mexican population increased. You still have Mexicans doing dirt to get by obviously but they don’t terrorize their communities even close to the extent that black gang members do. It’s a character and structure issue not a poverty issue and until it’s fixed there will be no real black economy as many black people who can will choose to reside in safer communities dominated by other races
