They kinda did, she was about to confess and her husband basically stopped her on some, "I don't want to know." shyt.

...and what the fukk was going on with the guy she cheated with near the end?

Either a plothole, or an intentional swerve because I thought something was gonna go down between her and him in the finale.

That's the thing; the husband seemed like he was doing something behind her back too and the guy she had an affair with seemed like he was going to see her before the accident but he just disappeared.

Those were the big unanswered questions.
