Now I realize why these actresses like Nicole Kidman get big bucks, she is a really actress in spite of all the botox she puts into her face.

I don't mind a second season, and I would definitely watch.

FYI if Kidman's therapist looks familiar, it is because she played Calamity Jane on Deadwood.

Yea, I fukk with these limited series. They don't need a second season. Just find another good story to tell in 7-10 episodes. The tension they built all throughout this episode was fantastic. I was legit shook when he handed her the phone and told her about the apartment all non-chalant. Also, everyone slowly realizing that he was the rapist was fire too. Not a word being said. Just all realization, shock and horror. Great ending, great acting, great shots, great storytelling. Just a great show.

That shyt was downright terrifying the way he played that. shyt was crazy.

I liked it. Didnt think I was gonna bc its not my kind of show but I kept getting pulled back in every episode. Based on the strength of the last 30 minites of the show alone, I would recommend it. Everyone played their part good. Alexander Skarsgaard was so damn evil, and acted so well, its gonna take me awhile before I want to see him in anything else lol.

I think its suspicious that Jade just "happened" to move to the same town as her mysterious rapist. I dont think it was a coincidence at all. The way it ended, I could see another season if they wanted.

This. None of these limited series should ever get one. True Detective should have stayed at one. The Night of should stay at one and this should as well.

Only Fargo successfully pulled off multiple seasons and I preferred season 1 over 2 even though i seem to be in the minority

I liked S1 of Fargo better too.

Love my crime dramas, but you're right about The Night Of and as much as it pains me to say, True Detective. The praise after the first season finished was too damn high and it was hard to say no to another season. I remember thinking "Ayo this shyt got next after GoT ".........then the fire nation attacked in S2. Insult to injury we got Vinyl after that.

Like I've said before though and miniseries aside, HBO lookin kinda right now drama wise when you exclude The Leftovers and Game of Thrones, so I like to hope True Detective still got what it takes to be a flagship show for them. Hopefully Milch and Pizzo form like Voltron and kill shyt in S3.

Beautiful season right down to the end and I'm on board with those who don't want this back for a second season, especially when the novel it was based on didn't have anything else to go on. My heart was racing during the final sequence, man...

These Skarsgårds are some sinister motherfukkers.

People say how predictable it was, but I was shocked by the whole reveal. Looking back at the clues though I feel dumb as hell now.

Her character was a lil too bleh for me tho. If they're gonna do the r rated desperate housewives shyt it cant all be about men abusing women
