I always felt Career wise Krit should be where cole is now

respectfully

but I’m glad he atleast seems happy now. Even though he was never really appreciated.

It’s not like he couldn’t make commercial bangers, money on the floor was a easy hit
I think “Addiction” might be Krit biggest hit. I don’t think “money on the floor was a hit… that’s an album cut banger to me. Also, Krit didn’t have a JayZ to sign to, be on tour with j Cole: Jay Z :: Drake : Lil Wayne …. Krit didn’t have that established co-sign like that. As close as Krit had was Luda and by that point 2Chainz had overtaken him in popularity & relevance.

Out of that 09-11 class, KRIT the best to me personally. I enjoy and always go back to his music.

He was more of a poetic storyteller with country parables and that bluesy vibe that I could relate to.

I guess he's grown past that in his life but it damn sure makes for compelling ass music.

Either way I'm supporting cuz he still put it down.

I need to find those first 4 mixtapes on vinyl though, not the new mixes he about to drop.
