Man the CEOs and Boards of those companies want your ass in office as well…what’s their reasoning??

They follow what world government says.

All a part of an agenda for total control.

But you'll continue to blindly follow because they pay your bills. At least recognize who you're working for.

You do know that Republicans will have Americans back in the offices faster than Democrats will, right? :pachaha:
Brehs keep doing that “Y’all’s president”/“the Dems” shyt tho :dead:
Some shyt is bilateral. This was on the horizon no matter WHO we had in office.
I think it’s only as simple as this. Biden is seeing people pack sporting events, concerts, etc and wants y’all to pack them offices again. I mean it is kinda crazy to try to justify that lol. I mean they had to realize that people would want to keep WFH going though. It’s going to be interesting to see what happens.
This is what throws me for a loop. WFH wasn’t implemented as some visionary revolution to employment. If it weren’t for the pandemic, the vast majority of these companies would STILL be dragging their feet on it. The people working those sporting events, concerts, etc can’t WFH right? Commercial Real Estate is watching these venues eat well but they’re bleeding money. Something was bound to give. I get folks feeling how they do but you can’t have it all/one way

I don't give af what Biden wants. He can't make going back to the office mandatory. That is left up to the employer and has been for years. So fukk outta here if you think I'm going back to that shyt.:mjlol:

I will deadass quit my job too and just find a remote gig somewhere else if they tell me to come back in.

Y’all nikkas in ya feelings bc me and my wife ain’t a fan of it. It’s literally our own opinion. I ain’t here to convince you, you do you. I ain’t tryna work at home, my home is my sanctuary. Like I said, idgaf about gas prices, and my commute ain’t long. That shyt is boring as hell on a daily basis for me. If you like it, I love it :camby:

Just know that from this point forward, you setting yourself up to be physically attacked and maybe merked by your employees. Taking them away from their families and destroying the environment is worthy of harm.

You guys are talking about not voting for Joe given his position on this topic act like any other politician would say differently. :mjlol:

People were cheering when all these mandates were being dropped. What did you think they meant when they said it’s time to return to normalcy? :russ:

It really depends on your home setup. If you have a small apartment, kids all over the place, loud neighbors, crappy internet; working from home might not be the best for you.

But my office have me feeling like the Oracle in Batman.

Exactly!

Y’all better start going on YouTube and making your home set up better

This is the part that gets me. People were "tired of wearing masks", celebrated when the mandate was lifted, but are in shock that they want ppl back in the office.

I'm blue collar, so i gotta go to work, but I aint a hater. I wish the WFH workers could WFH permanently.

With them being forced back, worker morale is gonna be very low
