I’m just gonna say it… I may never vote again even if it’s just to get somebody outta office. :camby:

This. I recently told my wife you got two votes from now on. I always knew the system was screwed up but from Trump to Biden it really took what care I had left. I’ll just put down whoever she wants to vote for cause I sincerely believe it doesn’t matter much.

Do you feel the same about your door dash delivery person, or Amazon driver? You have the previlege to stay home and log into work in your draws, watch Netflix, take 1000 trips to the fridge, and jack off all while getting paid. Frame the shyt in how it benefits you personally instead of make it seem like some larger movement especially when you don't give a fukk about the workers that have to support your work from home lifestyle and serve you. fukk outta here :camby:

Sound like you never worked from home. If anything, they are watching you closer working from home. I do both at different times now. At work, no one is watching you. No one is monitoring your computer usage. You are wasting time talking to other workers in the office. You're sitting in their uncomfortable a$$ chair. Subject to their too bright lights. At home they are monitoring the hell out of you. We get usage reports. I got a damn strike for opening the browser to use our software, but it started up on Bing news, lol. Personally, I'm far more productive at home where I have a quiet comfortable workspace. Much more relaxed on the phone and developed relationships I would never have time to at the office. This is an economic ploy just like 8 hr workday is(we been working at least 10 for the last two years). There's long been data about better ways to do all of this, but that don't match the old mantra of what work means.

I own my own business. I haven't seen most of my employees in person since April 2020. We have transitioned 100% online and remote. Work from home has been a good send for me and everyone that work for me.
When I used to be in banking years ago I worked from home two days a week. I hated going into the office then. I hated everything about it from the stupid elevator conversations to having to see white people.
What I am is honest and have little patience for fake ass lying ass people like dude that I originally quoted. My point is to say with your whole chest how work from home has benefitted you personally instead of trying to disingenuously wrap it into some larger movement when you really don't care about the man a rung or two below you. Let that nikka's internet chip out and see how much patience he has for the technician that have to go outside and fix the line.

I think it’s only as simple as this. Biden is seeing people pack sporting events, concerts, etc and wants y’all to pack them offices again. I mean it is kinda crazy to try to justify that lol. I mean they had to realize that people would want to keep WFH going though. It’s going to be interesting to see what happens.

I honestly don’t see the big the deal with push as someone who never worked from home I don’t see the problem with people who can do their jobs from home aside from DMV or government workers they need to get back to it.

I don’t understand how. You literally have more time to do everything. Less money going out, not paying for gas. More time with your kids. If you have any.

:mindblown:

Im confused with this mindset. But I’m a millennial.

:manny:
nikka we not struggling. Y’all be talking about gas and going out like y’all can’t do shyt with these prices. Working from home, that shyt is just boring, simple as that.
