We already signed a Remote Work agreement and they've given most of our space to other departments. I live closer to the office now but due to the population growth it would still take me 25-30 minutes. Plus spending $50+ to fill up and deal with traffic, bad drivers is not the business.

Y'all look out for bipartisan WFH-Tax legislation from these boomers within the next 18 months even though they're absent in Washington DC

That would cause literal riots on George Floyd's level. Not joking or exaggerating, either.

No one likes office politics or old white men micromanaging people anymore. Over 1/3 of these companies have already implementing a hybrid office/WFH plans that accommodate the best quality workers. If they try to enforce this, the office would have random fistfights breaking out against managers on the regular.
