People want to mingle and mix..Espicially women..

Big city moving and shaking is where the unexpected happens as far as deals and networking go

If you trying to level up, NOTHING replaces being in someone's face and putting your stamp down in the trenches..

I don't care how good your "numbers" are, if you not 10 toes down where the action is, those promotions gonna pass you by..:yeshrug:

I think there's going to be a long-term cost. Right now we've got people who mostly know each other wfh, but what happens in a work "generation" when people who've never met are completely interacting via Zoom calls?

Thing is that people work harder when WFH because they don't wanna lose the privilege. Production has gone up at my company.

My company made record profits and still trying to bring us back. The real reason is there's layers upon layers of middle management who do relatively nothing. They don't add value in terms of production like the grunt workers, don't bring in any business really and aren't top executives who're actually running the company. They just manage. You could easily downsize the pyramid by a level or two and they're worried that the WFH environment will make the top execs realize this.

After the mass death people saw from COVID, they willing to take a slight pay cut than to battle traffic for 3 hours daily, to go to a hostile environment. Life's too short to be in a COVID infested environment and taking orders from some baby boomer CAC that is on the verge of falling into a coma from old age. :camby:

The baby boomer curse on America won't last more than 10 years or so, Worst bunch of clowns ever. All that wealth their wrinkled asses are sitting on is going to start getting freed up too.

I think most of the baby boomers are on their last legs. Next 3 to 5 years, and they force themselves out due to them being well over 70 and cannot adjust to COVID procedures. Its the last major "fukk you" to the workers before history (rightfully) shreds them apart due to excessive greed.

I mean I feel for everybody, but I mean this had to be something most saw coming once the pandemic was declared over...
They didn't expect the majority to be fine with working from home, they really thought people were going to be dying to get back to the rat race. You have households literally saving hundreds a week and thousands a month, and that's from all the expenses that having a job entails. Mass inflation is arriving and this fool is saying it's time to get back to the offices.:stopitslime:

The mandates are done and everything will be packed this summer..

Everything will be a "covid infested" environment..:mjlol:

Your simply trolling because I refuse to believe that you think people are gonna to mass resign because of their asses having to go to the office..

They got vaccinated when it was mandatory and they will do the same here

I'm the age of the Great Resignation, noting will ever go back to being the same. These workers gonna be scrapping against their bosses and outright cuss them out. Bills and jobs be damned.

Whenever someone talks about needing to be back in the office, it 99% boils down to:

“I’m a lame with no personal social life to entertain myself so I need my coworkers, and/or I hate being around my spouse and kids and need to only see them 4 hours a day max after work.”

Not saying 100%, but 99% of the time.
This, I have zero desire to hang out with or talk to my coworkers. My job is strictly for making money that’s it. I have way too many friends for my social needs.

If I never saw my coworkers again I’d be perfectly ok with that
