No it's not. America in general is already behind and they want to add two more years. Motherfukker everyone else is already doing algebra in sixth grade and we don't even get to pre algebra until 8th grade. :dead:
You definitely could have used an extra 2 years of school. You don't even understand the thread you're responding to. Lol

Childcare is extremely expensive and people don't get why both parents tend to be working in the household

I know people who payed 300-500$ a week.

Its a shame you got to explain this to slow folks. My sister and her husband pays almost 2k a month in child care for two kids. For those out there saying why is it so expensive?

Daycare and the government does not offer discounts for well to do parents. Daycares also don't offer any real discounts for people with multiple children at the daycare centers. So if you a family making anything over 40k or a single person making over 25k (depending on the area and amount of kids you have) you got to pay full price in daycare.

So folks really saying this isn't a big deal? They must be slow. Think about this when you got to public school k thru 12 no matter how much your parents make its free. If your parents make 1 dollar a year or a 100 million dollars a year its free.

Now think if pre K (ages 3 to 5) were like that. Parents could get a full two years of free education for their kids and save thousands of dollars a year.

Can you mfs read? Or y’all so eager to get your left back jokes off. :comeon:

There is no “14th Grade”. All this would do is make universal pre-K and pay for two years of community college.

:mjlol: these kats don't realize that in many parts of the world they count college as 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th years of school.

Like the administration gonna tell folks sorry seniors no graduation for you. Time to go back to high school for 2 more years...:mjlol:

Curriculums need to be changed across the board. Absolutely NO reason kids can't be taught financial literacy leading to financial freedom from a young age.

End up with the next generation of not only doctors, scientists, and other professionals, but entrepreneurs as well.

Foreigners come over here and understand that buying property here gives them leverage, power and equity.

No reason our kids shouldn't learn to do the same both here and all over the world, if you really want America to be first.

When will ya'll realize the government don't care about your kids? You're an adult, you're their parent, teach them yourself. We wouldn't have this issue if parents did what they was supposed to do. We in the information age, there's thousands of informational Youtube videos that teach you the basics where you can build on. Depending on others whether it's teachers or government have gotten us nowhere

There really is no excuse these days to be bad at math, english, or financial literacy

As someone who went to the 14th grade, I think this is a great idea. Transitioning from high school to community college is a lot less stressful than going from high school straight to university.

Why should those who don’t have children subsidize daycare for those who do?
