Bensman added that the expansion has been going on 'under the radar' for 'the last ten years'.

Asylum seekers automatically receive tax money because they can't work...this shyt is not compilated. They are being cut off from public funds. They are not being given a status as residents. So do you want tax payers to keep footing the bill while they are here and getting processed? Some will stay some will go back. The process takes years. This is a short term initiative to relieve city coffers.
