Its not due to the economic situation. There’s plenty of brokedown places where half the shyt that goes on in chicago doesn’t go on. Hell I’ve been to some chicago hoods where they were living far better than we did when we were staying in the projects.

Its clear there’s no real leaders in those streets and yall let the situation run out of control and now no one wants to do anything. Guess what? Somebody will.
