Having a direct white parent and having half or more white DNA is one in same.
The only comparable Is if both parent are biracial, then you could have the same % but also have black on both sides.

1). Having 2 black parents.
2). A biracial that who has both parents that are biracial meaning (black/other) can still be considered black due to black bloodline on both sides.
3).the average AA/ADOS/Black person is 10-30% white, so If your admixture falls in line with those averages then your considered full AA/ADOS

The same testing they use for DNA, is the same test they use for paternity test to see who is the father or mother, it's the same test used to free prisoners that were wrongly convicted to clear there name.

you cant throw out DNA test unless your willing to throw all of them out.

You might be right I don't remember exactly what it said but I read that it just took DNA and linked it to where u might be from, i gotta look into them more. But also if u goin by percentage then is someone with less than 50% black blood still black to you as long as they dont have a white parent?

White parent is not just the factor, its having direct parent that is not black. Also if you go by percentage some with less then 50% black blood will usually only have 1 black parent which disqualifies them. Like I said, the only exception is if both parents are biracial.
