Only a fool with poor ears would deny how talented a vocal producer she is.
Say what you want about all the other feminine ballroom tracks (they’re not for me), but there’s nobody in the industry that can deliver songs on this level musically/vocally.

Great production, great vocals, however the writing on this joint is straight up cringeworthy, doesn't sound authentic at all. Sounds like a corporation just drafted a list of popular slang/topics and just threw them in there for the fukk of it.

Right. Soon as Partition was released the more musically manicured Beyoncé was buried. She's cursing throughout Self-Titled and Lemonade, she toned it down for the Gift for obvious reasons but ppl gotta let that go.
This is a joke right??? Despite a few highlights Special is like if a Lizzo impersonator tried to recreate her last album but failed. Renaissance's production alone shyts on Special and vocals are not even a question. One thing I can agree with is basic lyricism and that goes for both albums.
