It's crazy that Beyoncé is one of the nicest commercial artists out, I've got to give her props for completely going from a boring RnB artist to something more. If more people were unsafe music would be so much better. Well old dust heads on the coli (always talking about someone old music or how shyt was) might not comprehend change and shyt that's forwards like Kanye, Kendrick and even Beyoncé but the young folks do

I havent checked it out yet. but that's because i can't get into Beyonce's music. I enjoy her as a performer live. But that's it. To me, she shows no growth in her music and the beyhive is nothing but a bunch of thots and teenyboppers. Will i be proven wrong if i listen to Lemonade?

Musically this album is decent.

Definitely not as cohesive or "experimental" as her last album.

I feel like Beyonce cares more about the visuals and storylines than the actual music. With all the resources and talent available to her, she should be making classic music, not 6.5/10 material

in regards to this project IMO the visuals are telling the story her music can't. there was a quote from malcolm x, the mothers of trayvon martin, eric garner, Michael brown, etc shown, themes of black love, black sisterhood, black families shown.

i think your best bet is to watching the "film" for this project. some of the extras she put in between the songs made the project much stronger IMO.
