My bad. Seeing Bloomberg with this level of support among black people in the polls has me heated today.

Trump is a racist scumbag who was personally involved in discrimination against black people as a private citizen.

Bloomberg's racism against black people resulted in a law enforcement practice that was systematic that probably negatively impacted hundreds of thousands of black young men and boys. Then he follows it up by defending another systematic racist practice that robbed black people of hundreds of billions in potential wealth over the decades and is one of the factors in the persistence wealth gap.

Then he scapegoats us for causing the biggest crash since the great depression.

Objectively, I don't see how anyone can say Trump is worse when it comes to black people. Trump is worse when it comes to other minorities, but no way he is worse with black people than this POS Bloomberg.

Uh what do you think Trump is doing as president? I won't be voting for Trump. Sorry not sorry.

The only reason he's in the Dem race is the GOP won't allow anyone to primary Trump. He's going to run as an Independent when the dust settles and chip away at Trump's base. He's everything they like about Trump, but smarter. The racism is a feature, not a bug of his campaign.

I'm not sure if you realized it in your justifiable anger at Bloomberg but you put Trump on a pedestal and said he's had a positive impact on black people.

I think we both know that he hasn't but I would be happy to walk you through some of the negative aspects of his presidency. Trump's tax policies, anti environmental work, cutting funding to safety nets and agencies have put a target on black people. Trump and his administration have been staffed by white supremacists since the beginning.

Also you said Trump has been bad for other minorities but not black people and you may feel differently but the black people dealing with family separation, dying in ICE prisons, and being deported to places they've never lived are my brothers and sisters.


I don't want Bloomberg to win the nomination and I don't see it happening but I'll be damned if Trump remains in the White House for another four years. You guys realize that the four years we've already dealt with for Trump will have lasting negative consequences for the rest of your lives and probably your children's lives right? Another four years of Trump could ensure that for your children's children.

I think he's always intended to be the spolier if Bernie/Warren was the nominee.

Honestly, with some older black voters here, I wouldn't be all that surprised. Especially since he's been spamming ads here a bunch and people aren't as familar with NYC politics like that.

You go on to highlight Bloomberg's history with law enforcement without pointing out Trump's as president.

You then go on to highlight Bloomberg's comments about redlining and skip over Trump Org and Trump personally participating in redlining for idk 60+ years(I would imagine it never ended)...
One would think you would want to detail that instead of making a vague comment at the beginning of your post.
