Yeah 87,91,92,00,02,03 and 04 :mjcry: all fukking close games Miami has gotten the better of us in the closer games

Bowden always coached scared against Miami..... It was almost always the same story. Get off to a lead then sit on it. Miami comesback and wins

Meanwhile whenever we played UF Bowden coached them games differently.....always going for the jugglar.. double reverses.....halfback passes etc..

don't get ya hopes too high

id consider myself a measured fan, but this is a winnable game. Clemson and Bama are a level above the rest of the nation rn, we already saw that the 3 and 5 teams werent shyt. no disrepect to FSU's current 3 ranking, they had a good comeback win and are stacked with talent. but im not scared of them, this is Brad's year to see if hes a franchise college player or a guy who flashes but doesnt close out big games

Clemson...yea im a little leary of them. that will test this staff to the max

Yep Bowden blew double digit leads in 87,02 the Orange Bowl game and in 04 in the OT loss blew a 9 point lead in the 1 vs 2 91 game as well in the 4th quarter just disgusting :scust:

and 01/13 were 2 of the premier teams for each program, so yea its incredibly rare. Shannon mailed it in in '10 that was pathetic

That game got me on board the Jimbo wagon after we looked like jobbers early in the year vs OU that was a game FSU needed big time to win as a touchdown underdog like that on road was big for the program. Miami pretty much punked out and outside of 2013 have been in phone it in mode since that was an embarrassing loss for the program on national TV.

no more of that shyt. UVA 48-0, FSU in '10, Clemson 58-0, fukk that type of loss. Richt will lose some vs. ranked, and he'll have some duds against mediocre comp, but i dont want anymore disgraces to the program. with our talent, and now above average coaching, i never want to see that foolishness again

:pachaha: shyt is just funny at this point.

Miami will hold fifth-year senior Adrian Colbert out of Saturday’s game against Florida Atlantic (6 p.m., ESPN3.com) because of a knee injury he sustained in practice Wednesday, a source told The Post.

Colbert, who tore a meniscus in his knee, could miss multiple weeks. Miami visits Appalachian State on Sept. 17 and has a bye week before traveling to Georgia Tech for an Oct. 1 game.

He is the latest ailing player on defensive coordinator Manny Diaz‘ unit.

Up front, the Hurricanes will be without defensive tackle Courtel Jenkins (meniscus tear) for several weeks. Tackle Anthony Moten (dislocated shoulder) and end Trent Harris (broken hand) are among those playing hurt. End Scott Patchan is trying to come back from a March ACL tear. A week before the season-opener, UM dismissed standout end Al-Quadin Muhammad.
