Peaks of both were crazy high, and they've had some lows too. Shinsuke gets the nod just off what he was able to accomplish in New Japan. Match quality, promo, personality, etc.

Yeah... ECW was hard to find when I was young though. I'm well familiar with his WWE work but what made him RVD... I couldn't tell you a lot.
