Best workout program for someone skinny who's never touched a weight.

I've been doing bodyweight excercises (push up, dip, pull ups ect) for about a year now and have gotten my numbers up on those excercises and built some decent strength . I was just thinking i wanted to transition into the weights cause i figured it might be better to bulk up.
that's exactly what I did. After being able to do 20+ dips and 20+ pull ups its time to get that weight vest and/or dip chain belt. Adding weight to those excersises will greatly increase your strength. As far as weights go, I agree with those that say put pride to the side and start with less weight and concentrate on perfecting your form. Bench press, deadlifts and squats u wanna make sure ur hitting the right way before u go up in weight.. I seen a cat yesterday less than quarter squating 405. I wanted to tell him to drop the weight and get lower and correct his form but dude thought he was the shyt doing 405 so I just let him go about his business.
