Long time ago, I read this article, 74% of weight loss has to do with your diet (what you eat, not gonig on a "diet") and 26% exercise regimen. It actually turned out to be true as I gianed weight doing the same workouts but eating a doughnut a day (this is in my stupid college years). When I thought that wasn't good, I cut out eating a donut a day and I started losing weight, doing the same workouts (nothing additional).I've been slipping the past year and a half and ended up with a belly.
What's the quickest/easiest/best way to get rid of it?
What diet's should I get on? What workout should I do?
I've been doing situps but they don't actually get rid of the stomach.
Help me out brehs.
Extreme things to cut out that aren't going to have negative consequences, 1. cut out as much sugar intake, (candy, chocolate, ice cream, soda) 2. cut out all deep-fried foods (donuts, potato chips, tortilla chips, deep-fried chicken, buffalo wings, etc.), 3. cut out all sugary baked goods (cake, cupcakes, Hostess/Little Debbie snack cakes, cinnamon buns, cheesecake), 4. cut out all alcoholic beverages, and 5 cut out foods fast food entrees and foods high in very high in fat (hamburgers, pizza with pepperoni, bacon, General Tso's chicken). That alone with help you lose some weight, even without going on an exercise regimen.
What has been your past exercise experience? What is your height and weight? Going along with what others have said, I would recommend a cardio-based workout. You don't have to train like for a marathon. You can begin with walk/run plan that gradually moves up to all running.
