I've been slipping the past year and a half and ended up with a belly.
What's the quickest/easiest/best way to get rid of it?

What diet's should I get on? What workout should I do?
I've been doing situps but they don't actually get rid of the stomach.
Help me out brehs.
Long time ago, I read this article, 74% of weight loss has to do with your diet (what you eat, not gonig on a "diet") and 26% exercise regimen. It actually turned out to be true as I gianed weight doing the same workouts but eating a doughnut a day (this is in my stupid college years). When I thought that wasn't good, I cut out eating a donut a day and I started losing weight, doing the same workouts (nothing additional).
Extreme things to cut out that aren't going to have negative consequences, 1. cut out as much sugar intake, (candy, chocolate, ice cream, soda) 2. cut out all deep-fried foods (donuts, potato chips, tortilla chips, deep-fried chicken, buffalo wings, etc.), 3. cut out all sugary baked goods (cake, cupcakes, Hostess/Little Debbie snack cakes, cinnamon buns, cheesecake), 4. cut out all alcoholic beverages, and 5 cut out foods fast food entrees and foods high in very high in fat (hamburgers, pizza with pepperoni, bacon, General Tso's chicken). That alone with help you lose some weight, even without going on an exercise regimen.

What has been your past exercise experience? What is your height and weight? Going along with what others have said, I would recommend a cardio-based workout. You don't have to train like for a marathon. You can begin with walk/run plan that gradually moves up to all running.

Hate to drop that "everybody's body is different" line, but it's true. I cut out cardio months ago and I feel like I've looked the best I've ever looked.

Stay away from junk and fast foods. Depending on how well your metabolism is, you can afford to get away with some. My metabolism is pretty shytty, so I mostly avoid it altogether. Also chill with the alcohol. I feel eating clean helps out a lot. Cook your own food yourself and limit the consumption of processed foods. You need those carbs and fats to give you that energy to work off when you're at the gym. And when you do go hard at the gym, focus on lifting heavy to burn that fat and help grow muscle.

I weight 165 and i'm 5'11. I'm not overweight I'm just trying to get rid of a belly that I developed. I'm also trying to bulk up. I bought A big back of protein powder that's supposed to be good.
My eating habits suck so since yesterday I've only been eating bananas, apples and pasta. What are some foods you would recommend?

Well, fruit and pasta is good. I just recommend staying away from bad foods. If it's fried, deep-fried, or heavy in sugar, stay away.
Lean meat is good. Meat that is high-in fat (look at food labels and see the calories from fat) is not good. Turkey, tuna, chicken, and lean beef are all fine.
Cut out sugar-based drinks, like iced tea and soda. 100% juice is fine, but know that its sugary and limit your intake. Stay away from fruit "drinks" as they are mainly water + corn syrup + flavor.

I guess it depends on what you're drinking...

I usually stick with whisky and beer. Beer is the worst out of all of em cuz of the amount of carbs it has. Whisky not as much, but still a lil high. If you're looking for something with less cals, go with lighter liquor like vodka and gin. Rum's not bad either, depending on which kind you're drinking.

I don't see the harm in having a beer or 2 every once in a while, but it's gonna make it harder when you're trying to lose that belly fat. I'm a bit of a drinker, but I've gotten better about it and usually have one day a week when I decide to go hard. I also eat good so my body overall doesn't take that much of a hit. That's just me though, your body is probably gonna handle it different. Drinking a bit of alcohol multiple days a week is gonna catch up to you. Space it out or limit it to one day if you can. The best and obvious way is to cut it out completely, but you wanna have some fun right lol.

How much do you normally drink a week? Also, how much belly fat are you trying to lose?

Can't go wrong with boneless, skinless chicken breasts...

The absolute fastest way is intermittent fasting I suggest 14 to 16 hours a day.
