i want to secure/hide my IP address from websites and also want to secure my internet safety ,what are the best apps to use and what would you guys agree on being the best way to secure your identity on the web.

If you gonna spend some money I'd get tunnelbear.
With a free VPN you might be rolling some dice but I personally use hotspot shield and hide.me
Or you can make multiple email accounts and make a Twitter account with those emails. For each email you can get 500mb a month from tunnelbear and each month you can tweet an advertisement and get another 1000mb for that month on that email.
