GTA 3

Its crazy how they was able to give every city its own unique feel.
One game you could be bangin in south central, or on the strip gambling.
Another you could be getting into shootouts with haitians in the 1980s miami

The truly underrated sandbox series was true crimes.
This game couldve easily rivaled GTA if they didnt fucc up wit NY with all the glitches, but the game was piff

top 3 sandbox for me.

True crimes is coming back. Sleeping dogs is what it's named now but it looks to be 10/10 from videos and reviews so far

San Andreas was great because of customization. You could be small, fat muscular. Switch up your cut. Clothes. Buy business to cake up. Get houses from hood apts to mansions. With your customized cars saved in each location. Had broads but they was missions and you smashed them off for power ups. Hoods and gangs. People to follow you. Learning hand to hand combat.. Planes and jets.. It was crazy

Then people can't figure out why gta 4 was such a letdown. We got zero of that

I think that customization fit SA game style/story though. It would have been silly to have Nikko walking around brolic in fukking jeans and hoodies on riding around liberty city in a low rider with hydraluics. That shyt worked with a younger black character but it would have been silly with a piss poor immigrant from Eastern Europe. I like the serious approach GTA has taken. Leave the silly, sophomoric shyt to Saints Row.
