Best Rookie Year: Brock or King Kurtis? (The Rock says its Brock)

There was a Twitter discussion on who had the best rookie year in the WWE. The Rock stated that Jimmy Snuka in 1982 and Brock Lesnar in 2002 had the best years.

Of course Paul Heyman chimed in and says discussion over.

Another guy came in and asked Rock about Kurt Angle who the Rock also happened to put over to win their first title in their rookie year and he agreed that Kurt is in the discussion.

In terms of the amount of Accolades, it's Angle. I think he won the European, intercontinental and was the KOTR winner in a span of 6 months , whereas Brock debuted the night after Mania and by Summerslam a few months later he was Undisputed champion

Kurt Angle was able to stand out during the Attitude Era which was no small task, Lesnar came along when the company was going through a rough patch and needed some new blood. Lesnar was amazing but Kurt was getting nuclear heat while racking up title after title.

Hell, by sheer amount of bullshyt, you could almost give it to Alberto Del Rio. But he showed up in June and didn't win the title til August of next year.
